DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans, initiatives, and activities.
• Facilitate and assist in all event logistics with internal and external teams; events including but not limited to conferences, tradeshows, webinars.
• Build relationships with brands and vendors to achieve a branded experience and décor goals for events and marketing materials.
• Maintain calendar of events as well as inventory (flyers, signage, setup equipment, etc.)
• Manage individual event budgets and work with Accounting to submit vendor invoices.
• Assist in management of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, providing engagement and maintaining content calendar.
• Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials.
• Supports digital marketing efforts and prepares monthly reports.
• Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.
• Creates templates for presentation; revises templates and presentations as needed.
• Supports the development and execution of advertising and/or public relations programs.
• Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to mailings, data entry.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent, one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient on Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work creatively within changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
